Our Returns Policy - Merchandise

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

You may return most items within 12 days of receipt – no questions asked. See below for exceptions. To qualify for a return, please note the following:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Returns/Exchanges are not accepted for tires
  • Returned product must be in new condition meaning without any indication of usage, unwashed, in its original packaging (where applicable)
  • Specially ordered items may be returned at our discretion.

Inspect Your Product When It Arrives

Damaged or Defective Products: Please inspect your package when it arrives. If it is defective, damaged or short an item please notify us within 3 business days of delivery. Customer Service email info@miniSBK.ca If you receive a damaged product (excluding box cutting knife marks) we will replace any damaged item.

Warranty

The limited warranty is extended to the first retail purchaser by the original manufacturer warranty policies. We reserve the right to void the warranty on any products used for circuit riding or racing.

Restocking Fees

A $25 restocking fee applies to all returns which will be deducted from your refund amount.

No Returns

Sorry, no returns after 12 days from the date of purchase. There are no returns on the following categories of products:

  • Motorcycle Tires
  • Used merchandise

Return Process

To return a product, the above conditions must be met. We require that all returns follow these instructions for proper processing:

1. Email info@miniSBK.ca to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#)

2. Report to us via email your shipment tracking number within 3 days of receiving an RA#

3. We must receive the item within 10 days of an issued RA#

4. Items sent without an RA number cannot be credited or exchanged

5. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs, see Return Shipping below.

Return Shipping

Unless MiniSBK Commerce has made an error, return freight is the customer’s responsibility. We highly recommend insuring larger items for their retail value to protect against shipping damage.

Please be sure to carefully follow all return-shipping instructions that are included with your Return Authorization number. If an item is returned to the wrong address, MiniSBK Commerce reserves the right to charge any additional shipping fees associated with shipping the item to the correct location.

Cancelled Order

A product cancelled after the item has been shipped is subject to our above return policies. Expedited, Second-Day and Next-Day shipping costs will not be credited if delivery is refused.

Refunds

Only the original purchaser with a receipt is eligible for a refund. All credits will be given after receipt and inspection approval. If your returned merchandise is deemed refundable and you have requested a refund through our return policy, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 4-5 weeks for your credit to be processed.

We reserve the right to correct, update, or change our returns/refund/exchange policy at any time without notification.
